It is in...I keep a Z-corp turbine blade on my desk. It is in color to represent FEA. I use this model when I interview candidates. I am looking for:<br /><br />1 - Do they have a basic understanding of what the colors represent?<br /><br />2 - Once I confirm they understand basics of FEA, I ask them how they would solve the potential design problems they notice? <br /><br />3 - I have them explain the steps they would take in CAD, so I can get a picture if they are a basic or more skilled CAD user.<br /><br />In addition to the interview and design engineering process, I find these prototypes of great use for marketing and customer contact.David Stephenshttp://www.linkedin.com/in/davidwstephensnoreply@blogger.com
